Hammond's Candies Shipping FAQ

During our slower months (January thru October), you can expect your order to be shipped out in 1-3 business days.  In our busy months, (November & December) please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be pulled and shipped out. Shipping time will then depend on what area your order is being shipped to. In most cases, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order from the time it is placed online. Please review the estimated delivery time map below to get an idea of when your package will be arriving.

Please note, we only ship Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Thursday or Friday in hot summer months will not be shipped until the following Monday.  If you have chosen Express shipping on your order and it is a Thursday or Friday-please call us if your package needs to ship on a Thursday or Friday.  In addition, if you have chosen an Express shipping option (any day of the week), and need the order to ship the day it was placed, the order must be placed by 12:00 MST.

USPS Priority For US Military ONLY: APO/FPO Shipping Addresses Must Select the USPS Priority Shipping Option to Get a Proper Quote. If you are not shipping to one of the APO/FPO states (AA, AE, AP) and you select USPS priority shipping your ship option may be changed and you will be charged additional shipping.
