Pepper Relish Stuffed Brie
8 ounces round of Brie, chilled
½ cup Grandma’s Pepper Relish
1 egg white
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Place Grandma’s Pepper Relish Dip in a small strainer over a small bowl, allow to drain for 15-30 minutes. Discard liquid.
- Remove Brie from refrigerator and slice in half horizontally. Spread Grandma’s Pepper Relish Dip on bottom half of brie; cover with remaining cheese pressing down gently.
- Brush side of Brie with egg white, roll cheese in the parsley to cover. Wrap in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
- Serve with pieces of fresh Artisan breads, Hammond’s Pantry Classics Salted Waffle Pretzels, and fresh apple slices.
Yields 8-10 servings
