Pepper Relish Stuffed Brie

8 ounces round of Brie, chilled
½ cup Grandma’s Pepper Relish
1 egg white
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Place Grandma’s Pepper Relish Dip in a small strainer over a small bowl, allow to drain for 15-30 minutes. Discard liquid.
  2. Remove Brie from refrigerator and slice in half horizontally. Spread Grandma’s Pepper Relish Dip on bottom half of brie; cover with remaining cheese pressing down gently.
  3. Brush side of Brie with egg white, roll cheese in the parsley to cover. Wrap in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with pieces of fresh Artisan breads, Hammond’s Pantry Classics Salted Waffle Pretzels, and fresh apple slices.

Yields 8-10 servings
