Gourmet Chocolate - Weatherproof - Hand Dipped In Wax

A great gift for any traveler or outdoors enthusiast who is tired of tasteless energy bars. After climbing Santa Fe's Mount Baldy one hot summer day and opening a bag of melted chocolate, Clif and Chris, the founding partners of Backpackers Gourmet Chocolate, came up with the idea for "weatherproof chocolate". By encasing our gourmet chocolate in colored wax, they created a product that was not only waterproof and heat-tolerant, but also uniquely beautiful! Since their creation, our Backpackers Chocolate has traveled to various jungles, mountaintops, and cities around the world. If exposed to high heat, the chocolate will soften inside its wax casing but quickly returns to its original consistency after cooling down. To eat, simply slice a wedge, peel off the wax and enjoy! (Hand-dipped colors will vary).
