Hammond's new Dessert Dips were named a "noteworthy" new product, out of over 1,300 exhibitors, at one of the most popular retail shows in the country. San Francisco was a popular destination for retailers in January, with nearly 17,500 visitors attending the Winter Fancy Food Show — up 4.5 percent from last year. Here, we highlight just a few of the noteworthy new products displayed by the more than 1,300 exhibitors at Moscone Center in nearly 200,000 square feet of space — up 6 percent from 2010.

Dessert Dips from Hammond's Candies
Since 1920,
Hammond's Candies in Denver has been making sweet treats such as
oversized candy canes and spun ribbon candy. At the Winter Fancy Food
Show, the company unveiled its line of sweet dessert dips. Each one has a
flavor profile inspired by one of Hammond's candies. Flavors include
Luscious Lemon Drop, Caramel Apple Pie, White Chocolate Peanut Butter,
Chocolate Peppermint Patty, Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Cherry.
