Customer Service Representative
Organizes and delivers general tours and behind the scenes tours in a professional and entertaining manner.
Meets and greets customers as they enter the building.
Takes reservations in person, online, and on the phone.
Guides groups from reception area to the theater to the general tour.
Ensures a quality experience for all guests who visit Hammond's Candies by explaining each step in the candy-making process, and history of Hammond's in order to give a factual tour.
Ensures the safety of guests on the tour.
Cleans and maintains guest relations department as directed.
Entertains during private events and parties.
Assists guests in the store.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, SSOP's, health & safety codes.
Notifies supervisor of any problems or issues.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least two years experience in guest relations.
Excellent public speaking skills.
Demonstrated responsibility and longevity in previous employment.
Communicates effectively with others.
Ability to stand 30-90 minutes at a time.
Customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Spoken and written English language proficiency.
Clean Criminal History, Valid SSN, Valid identification.
Maintain a work environment free of drugs & alcohol.
